The Rosebud Bistro was opened  by Anita Hartel and Jan Firek in the winter of 2013. We serve exceptional Regional European inspired cuisine with a European Wine selection to match. The Rosebud is pleased to announce our new  Executive chef de cuisine, Andrew Coins, formerly of the Charleston Place Hotel. Director of Operations is Jan Firek. 

 The Rosebud is located in the heart of Mid Town & is renowned for its warm and inviting charm. This stunning historic landmark house was built in 1896, and was converted from a family physicians home to a uniquely elegant restaurant space to serve the lovely Nashville patrons and visitors alike.
